Why CBI

Community Basics, Inc. has extensive experience in the development of affordable housing. CBI partners with federal, local and state organizations to build and manage affordable housing for families and individuals.we manage almost 300 units of affordable housing
CBI works with general contractors, architects and supportive service providers to meet the needs of its residents. CBI is the developer and managing general partner of six low income housing tax credit (LIHTC) properties, including New Holland Apartments, Three Center Square Apartments, Walnut Street Apartments, Waverly Court Apartments, Golden Triangle Apartments, Park Avenue Apartments and Country Club Apartments. CBI is also the developer and owner of two properties that are reserved for individuals who have experienced homelessness and have special needs. CBI manages almost 300 units of affordable housing in Lancaster County. Additional affordable housing properties are currently under development.
